The Visa Cancellation service is required when an individual plans to leave the UAE permanently or change sponsorship, such as switching jobs or family sponsors. Before a residence visa can be canceled, all associated clearances, such as end-of-service benefits, final salary payments, and labor contract terminations, must be settled. The cancellation is typically initiated by the sponsor (employer or family member) through the immigration system. Once approved, the visa is officially removed from the individual’s passport, and the person is required to exit the country within the grace period (usually 30 days). It is a necessary legal process to avoid penalties, maintain a clean immigration record, and facilitate future travel or re-entry into the UAE. Required Documents
